St George’s Day festivities are set to paint Trafalgar Square with patriotic hues on Sunday, 21st April, as London gears up to honour its patron saint with a day of revelry and entertainment.

Headlining the celebrations will be Harley Moon Kemp, guiding attendees through a plethora of free, family-friendly entertainment options against one of London’s favourite backdrops, Trafalgar Square.

From midday till 6 pm, the main stage will be animated with live music performances from The Kurfew, Natalie Shay of Busk in London, West End Kids, and the Snottledogs. Additionally, Folkdance Remixed will whip up a frenzy with a mass barn dance, promising a foot-stomping good time for all.

Families can join in the English Pentathlon, featuring competitive events like welly wanging, pancake tossing, human Crufts, bubble Olympics, and the age-old art of Morris Dancing. Not to mention, the chance to rub shoulders with Pearly Kings and Queens, and even snag a selfie with the legendary duo of St George and the dragon.

And what’s a celebration without delicious bites to tantalise the taste buds? From traditional fish and chips to scrumptious churros, the food stalls will offer a delectable array of culinary delights. For those craving international flavours, there’ll be a tempting selection from Korea, Thailand, Bombay, Greece, and Germany.

The Mayor of London is orchestrating the family-friendly event, ensuring a day filled with fun, food, and festivities. Londoners can mark their calendars and join the revelry as the capital pays homage to its heritage and culture on St George’s Day.
